Our Sea Moss Gel is washed thoroughly, soaked overnight with spring water & lime, washed again and then finally blended to a silky smooth consistency for your consumption. Our flavored moss can be eaten raw straight from the jar or added to smoothies. We recommend taking 1-2 tbsp a day.
